PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
The customer reserves the right to return and replace the product when:
-With proven fault of STALIDA.GR, received an incorrect, defective or damaged during transport product.
- There is a functional or quality defect in the product from its manufacture and it is covered by the product warranty given by STALIDA.GR
Regarding the above cases, the maximum margin for product return for replacement is fifteen (15) calendar days. The product must be in the condition it was received by the customer, undamaged and in its packaging, which must contain all the components of the product as well as the documents that were present when it was sent. Also, the product must be accompanied by the purchase receipt when returning it.
The return of a product is possible under the following conditions:
- the return must be made within 14 working days from the day of receipt
- the product has not been used
- the product must be packed in its original packaging and accompanied by all its labels
- the product must be accompanied by all the necessary documents proving the transaction (e.g. DAT, Retail Invoice, Bill of Lading, etc.)
If the product does not meet the above conditions, it will be returned to the sender at the sender's expense.
-For products whose value is less than €30, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
- Changes at our expense are made only with the cooperating courier companies.
